1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SyteSpace services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SyteSpace provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Dedicated and shared game server hosting
• Server management control panel
• DDoS protection services
• Technical support
• Backup and recovery services

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Engage in DDoS attacks or other network abuse
• Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell our Services without authorization
• Use excessive resources that impact other users

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

All payments are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Custom development or setup services
• Domain registration fees

5.3 Late Payment

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your server may be suspended. Servers suspended for non-payment for more than 14 days may be terminated and data deleted.

6. Service Level Agreement

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

6.2 Exclusions

The uptime guarantee does not apply to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with 24-hour notice)
• Emergency security updates
• Issues caused by customer actions
• Force majeure events

7. Data and Backups

7.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We do not access your server data except as necessary to provide support or investigate violations.

7.2 Backups

While we provide automated backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

The SyteSpace name, logo, website design, and all related intellectual property are owned by SyteSpace. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyteSpace shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or performance issues
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyteSpace, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through your control panel or by contacting support.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violations. For other reasons, we will provide 30 days notice when possible.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to Services will cease immediately. You have 7 days to request a data export before deletion.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SyteSpace operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
